Terms & Conditions padi77 — Platform Usage Rules for Malaysia

Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account at padi77. Minimum deposit is RM 10 per transaction. All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) only — padi77 does not accept any foreign currency and does not charge currency conversion fees. Deposits are typically credited to your account within a few seconds to two minutes, depending on the method chosen.

Padi77 is not liable for any deposit delays caused by technical issues on the part of payment service providers (banks, e-wallets, etc.). If your deposit is not credited within the expected timeframe, please contact the padi77 support team with proof of transaction for follow-up.

Padi77 members who wish to withdraw funds from their account are subject to the following conditions:

• Any bonus received must meet the wagering requirements before the associated winnings can be withdrawn

General principles that apply to all padi77 bonuses:

• Non-transferable: Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted directly into cash

Padi77 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or terminate any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. padi77's decision on all bonus-related matters is final.

All wagers placed on padi77 — whether on Sports Betting (football, cricket, badminton), e-sports, Live Casino games, table games, roulette, lottery, or virtual sports — are subject to the following general rules:

• Bets may only be placed using real money balance or valid bonus balance in your account
• Confirmed and accepted bets cannot be cancelled or modified, except in cases of clear technical errors on padi77's part
• Padi77 reserves the right to void and refund bets placed based on clearly incorrect odds or due to a technical error
• Winnings are automatically credited to your account balance as soon as the game result or match outcome is finalised
• In the event of a dispute over a bet outcome, padi77's decision is final following a review of the system records

Padi77 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account caused by your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials. Use of the padi77 platform is strictly for entertainment purposes. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances:

• Payment fraud — using a stolen, fraudulent, or someone else's credit card or bank account

• Suspicion or evidence of involvement in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or system manipulation
• Request by Malaysian legal authorities
• Multiple account ownership
• Bonus system abuse

Prior to closure, all outstanding wagering requirements must be fulfilled and any eligible real-money balance must be withdrawn. Any bonus balance that has not met the wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
